President Bola Tinubu has accredited the appointment of the Board of the Securities and Change Fee, SEC.
Presidential spokesperson Ajuri Ngelale, who disclosed this in a press release on Friday, stated the President urged all members of the board of the fee to carry to bear their wealth of expertise and competence in regulating the nation’s capital market.
Names of the newly appointed members of the SEC Board:
Mr. Mairiga Aliyu Katuka – Chairman
Mr. Emomotimi Agama – Director-Basic
Frana Chukwuogor – Government Commissioner (Authorized and Enforcement)
Mr. Bola Ajomale – Government Commissioner (Operations)
Mrs. Samiya Hassan Usman – Government Commissioner (Company Providers)
Mr. Lekan Bello – Non-Government Commissioner
Mr Kasimu Garba Kurfi – Non-Government Commissioner
