Israeli strike kills two Islamiya group members in Lebanon

Two members of a Lebanese group that fired rockets throughout the southern border at Israel have been killed by Israel’s airstrike within the Beqaa area of Lebanon.

Israel’s army mentioned its air pressure “struck and eradicated Mosab Khalaf within the space of Meidoun in Lebanon.”

The Israeli army mentioned a member of the Jama’a Islamiya group had carried out assaults in opposition to Israel.

In an announcement, the Jama’a Islamiya mentioned two of its area commanders Khalaf and a relative of his had been killed within the strike.

Reuters reviews {that a} safety supply in Lebanon confirmed that Khalaf was a neighborhood official within the group’s armed wing, the Fajr forces. The group has beforehand fired rockets at Israel.
