The Confederation of African, CAF, has named two Nigerians amongst referees and assistant referees for the 2024 WAFU ‘B’ qualifiers.
Salisu Basheer is among the many seven referees who will officiate on the competitors.
His compatriot, Muhammad Yakubu, will function an assistant referee.
Ghana will host the competitors from Could 15 to 29, 2024.
Reigning champions Nigeria, host Ghana in addition to Cote D’Ivoire, Benin. Niger, Togo and Burkina Faso will vie for the title.
The competitors may also function qualifiers for the following version of the Africa U-17 Cup of Nations.
