The Director of the Abuja College of Social and Political Ideas, Sam Amadi, says it’s not a cyber crime to say Nigeria police are corrupt.
Amadi mentioned it’s an announcement that may be false or true and may be challenged.
In a publish on his X deal with on Sunday, Amadi said that fast resort to arrest for unpleasant speech may very well be likened to authoritarian response, indicating an absence of competence to resolve issues.
