Aisha Yesufu, an activist, has expressed shock over the function performed by Kogi Stars Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo in stopping the Financial and Monetary Crimes Fee, EFCC, from arresting his predecessor, Yahaya Bello.
Ododo, as DAILY POST reported on Wednesday, obstructed the arrest of Bello by operatives of the EFCC.
The EFCC operatives had stormed Bello’s residence in Abuja in an try to arrest him over an ongoing fraud investigation.
However Bello was reportedly smuggled out of his residence by Ododo to evade arrest by the anti-graft company.
“I can’t think about I, Aisha Yesufu as President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, a Governor will come to Abuja the place I’m, to forestall @officialEFCC from arresting somebody.
“As in, stop it from finishing up its constitutional sanctioned obligation. Nahhhhh!
