The complete govt committee members of the Peoples Democratic Occasion, PDP, Merchandise ward C in Bende native authorities space of Abia State have resigned from the celebration.
Their resignation was disclosed in a letter addressed to the chairman of the PDP in Bende Native Authorities Space and copied to the Abia chairman and the Performing Nationwide chairman of the celebration.
The PDP ward govt members led by the chairman, Francis Eke Okoye, cited the actions and disorderliness within the nationwide management of the celebration as the explanation behind their motion.
Additionally they hinged their newest motion in help of their chief and former presidential aspirant within the PDP, Rt Hon Cosmos Ndukwe, who lately resigned his membership of the celebration.
The letter reads in full: “The complete govt of Peoples Democratic Occasion, Merchandise ward C, had in a gathering held right now, thirtieth April, 2024 on the Occasion secretariat, and a few stakeholders of PDP Merchandise ward C resolved as follows.
“That we’ve noticed with dismay the actions and disorderliness within the nationwide management of the Peoples Democratic Occasion.
“That we hereby declare our overt confidence and help for our chief, Rt Hon Cosmos Ndukwe, who simply resigned his membership from the celebration.
“We subsequently tender our resignation from the Peoples Democratic Occasion in help of our chief, Rt Hon Cosmos Ndukwe.
“We thank the native authorities management, State and Nationwide for the chance given to us.”
