a. Promptly remove or restrict access to the allegedly infringing material. b. Notify the content’s uploader of the copyright infringement claim and provide them with your contact information. c. Counter-Notice: If the uploader believes their content was wrongly removed or disabled, they may submit a counter-notice. We will promptly forward the counter-notice to you and restore the content after ten business days unless we receive notice from you that you have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the uploader from infringing activity.
