Vice President of Nigeria, Kashim Shettima, has cancelled his journey to the United State of America and returned to Nigeria.
Shettima was scheduled to attend the 2024 US-Africa Enterprise Summit in Dallas, Texas.
Nevertheless, in an announcement signed by the president’s aide on Media and Communications, Stanley Nkwocha, it was confirmed that the Minister of Overseas Affairs, Ambassador Yusuf Maitama Tuggar, will now characterize President Bola Ahmed Tinubu Summit in Dallas, Texas.
Nkwocha famous that Shettima was unable to make the journey “following a technical fault together with his plane, forcing him to make a detour on the recommendation of the Presidential Air Fleet.”
He additionally added that the Vice President will stick with it with different nationwide duties.
