10 years after, troops rescue Chibok girl with kids

Troops of the Nigerian Military within the North-East have introduced the rescue of Lydia Simon, a Chibok lady who had been held captive by Boko Haram terrorists for 10 years.

This was made identified in a press release by the Division of Military Public Relations on Thursday.

Millitary authorities stated Lydia was rescued alongside along with her three kids by troops conducting Operation Desert Sanity III, round Ngoshe within the Gwoza Native Authorities Space of Borno State.

In response to the assertion, Lydia was on serial quantity 68 among the many kidnapped lacking Chibok Secondary Faculty women.

She was 5 months pregnant on the time of her rescue and claimed to be from Pemi City in Chibok.
