Court sets aside arrest warrant against Ehie, others

The Federal Excessive Court docket, sitting in Abuja on Thursday, has put aside the warrant of arrest in opposition to Edison Ehie, the Chief of Employees of the Rivers State Governor, and 5 others.

DAILY POST recollects that the court docket granted an arrest warrant on January 31 in opposition to Ehie and 5 others.

The defendants are being prosecuted by the police for his or her alleged involvement within the burning of Rivers State’s Home of Meeting and tried homicide.
