Court okays Ganduje’s application to summon APC ward leaders through village head

A Federal Excessive Courtroom has granted an utility by the nationwide chairman of the All Progressives Congress, Abdullahi Ganduje, for substituted service on APC Ganduje Ward government members who suspended him from the celebration.

Justice Abdullahi Muhammad Liman granted the appliance by Ganduje’s lawyer, Hadiza Nasiru Ahmad, on Tuesday.

The ward executives, led by one Haladu Gwanjo and eight others, suspended Ganduje from the celebration on April 15 for alleged infractions.

The Federal Excessive Courtroom had on April 18 granted an interim order asking events to keep up establishment pending the listening to and dedication of the elemental rights enforcement swimsuit filed by Ganduje in opposition to his suspension.

The APC nationwide chairman is looking for a declaration from the courtroom that his suspension from the celebration by the ward executives was unlawful and ultra-vire, having not allowed him to defend himself, which he mentioned quantities to a denial of his basic proper.

His counsel defined that after the respondents are served with the courtroom summons via the village of Ganduje in Dawakin Tofa Native Authorities Space of Kano State, a date shall be mounted for listening to within the matter.

Justice Usman Na’Abba of the Kano State Excessive Courtroom had on April 17 granted an interim order affirming the suspension of the APC nationwide chairman by his APC ward government members.
